CNC Engraving
Our CNC Engraving machines are computer controlled and are specifically designed to accommodate a variety of part shapes and sizes. We currently operate two Stylus CNC engraving machines. We are capable of marking flat, curved, convex, or concave parts, as well as, irregular and delicate surfaces. Machines can be used to mark 2d barcodes, 2d data matrix, logos, or any sequence of characters and numbers on your parts, sub-assemblies and finished products in accordance with ISO certification guidelines.

Milling Capabilities
Our high performance vertical milling machines, give us the capability for roughing and finishing at high rates of speed.
Saw Capabilities
We operate an HEM Band Saw that is fully automatic horizontal band saw. Capability to machine parts 11.75” x 11.75”.
Quality Control
In compliance with our ISO 9001 and AS 9100C goals we use the Brown & Sharpe Validator for coordinate measuring.
